High quality wine is produced with Nebbiolo grape grown in the tiny area on the right side of Tanaro’s River. This wine has a two years ripening from vintage. It has shining colour and orange nuances. The taste is rich full and harmonious. Its qualities are at its best with important red meat and feathered game. Serve at 20 °C and if possible decantat least one hour before the meal.
