Don’t be fooled by its name! Dolcetto, far away from the taste of the wine, gets its name from the traditional Piedmont dialect word “dosset”, that indicates a particular hillside from where the grape is grown. Characteristic for its violet nuances, is an all meal wine which has to be served at 15-18 °C.
