This is an ancient wine produced in small quantities in a restricted Roero’s area. With a characteristic and delicate scent, the taste is dry and agreeably fruity. The rediscover of this wine gave back tone and delight to hors-d’oeuvre and a particular taste to seasonal seafood. Its ideal serving temperature is 9-10 °C.
